Dr. Nguyen Thi Dieu Linh, PhD, is Dy Head of Science and Technology Department, Hanoi University of Industry, Vietnam (HaUI). She has more than 20 years of academic experience in electronics, IoT, Smart Garden and Telecommunication. She has authored or co-authored more than 30 research articles that are published in journals, books and conference proceedings. She received Ph.D in Information and Communication Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China in 2013; Master of Electronic Engineering from Le Quy Don Technical University, Hanoi, Vietnam in 2006 and Bachelor of Electronic Engineering from HCMC University of Technology and Education, Vietnam in 2004.
 
Dr. Elena Verdú received her Master's and Ph.D. Degrees in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Valladolid, Spain, in 1999 and 2010, respectively. She is currently an Associate Professor at Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR) and member of the Research Group 'Data Driven Science' of UNIR. For more than 15 years, she has worked on research projects at both national and European levels. Her research has focused on e-learning technologies, intelligent tutoring systems, competitive learning systems, accessibility, speech and image processing, data mining, expert systems, or natural language processing.  
 
Dr. Le Anh Ngoc is the Director of Swinburne Innovation Space at Swinburne University of Technology (Vietnam). He earned his B.S in Mathematics and Informatics from Vinh University and VNU University of Science, respectively. He received a Master's degree in Information Technology from Hanoi University of Technology, Vietnam, and obtained a Ph.D. degree in Communication and Information Engineering from the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Kyungpook National University, South Korea, in 2009. His research interests include Embedded and Intelligent Systems, Communication Networks, the Internet of Things, Image/Video Processing, AI & Big Data Analysis.
With over 25 years of experience in training, research, and innovation management, Dr. Ngoc has participated in and led numerous national and international research & industry projects. He has also served as a keynote speaker, international conference chair, global hackathon chair, TPC member, session chair, book editor, and reviewer of international conferences and journals.
Dr. Ngoc is currently a Digital Transformation & IT Consultant in industry, business, and organizations.
 
Dr. Maria Ganzha is an Associate Professor in the Warsaw University of Technology (Warsaw, Poland). She got an MS and a PhD degrees in mathematics from the Moscow State University, Russia, and a Doctor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Polish Academy of Sciences. Maria has published closed to 200 research papers, is on editorial boards of 5 journals and a book series, and was invited to program committees of more than 250 conferences. She is the Principal Investigator, of the SRIPAS team, in several European projects, where her team is responsible for use of semantic technologies in the different context of IoT and edge-cloud continuum. She is also the Technical Coordinator of the European project ASSIS-IoT.
