The Room

This book details the challenges of working in a modern Emergency Room in a suburban setting. The characters are not real but the stories were part of the author's twenty-two year career working in Emergency Medicine. The stories are woven around a fictionalized romance in order to prevent the book from being a continuous series of 'war stories.'
